Goals, actions, results


- GENERAL GOAL: to contribute to the innovation of both the European Quality Systems and enterprise management systems from a gender equaliy point of view, through the enhancement of training and quality practices to make Europe ‘a world quality reference’ also in the area of equal opportunities.

 


Impact


enterprises, trade unions and Quality Systems innovated through training practices so as to be ‘a world quality reference’ in the area of equal opportunities.

 

- SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: to transfer knowledge, capabilities and skills to update enterprise culture, taking advantage of the products developed in the previous project ‘Vision 2000: gender in quality standards’; to implement processes - such as personnel selection and recruitment, training, professional development, family and work life balance, assessment, etc… - to suit the different needs and skills of working men and women to avoid waste of resources and talents

 


Outcomes

 

- project targets (enterprise and Quality Systems managers, trade unionists, university professors, trainers) made aware of the relevance of equal opportunities for the quality of products/services and the quality of work/family life of men and women.

- project target trained on gender-sensitive processes and practices.

- enterprise culture according to a gender perspective adopted by organizations
 

- OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES: to carry out targeted activities to raise the gender equality awareness of various groups through: Technical Seminars, the project web site, publications, etc…; to develop targeted training modules; to provide advice to organizations for the adoption of gender-sensitive processes.

 

 

Output 

 


Technical Seminars; training modules suited to the various targets’ needs (Auditors, Quality System Managers, Entrepreneurs/managers, trade unionists); adoption of products and feedback of lessons learned; advice provided to 4 enterprises for the adoption of equal opportunities oriented Plans; national and transnational partnership meetings; dissemination of results through various channels and contexts; distribution of material, project web site and Final meeting.
 
 

PLANNED ACTIONS

  • Technical Seminars to transfer know-how in the area of equal opportunities process management reserved to the project partners and to all the other target concerned.
  • Adjustment of training modules to the  partners’ specific needs and related targets and transnational meeting in Bologna.
  • Training modules experimentation with the target groups.
  • Adoption of the training modules contents by individual partners in the daily work practices.
  • Advice provided to 4 external organizations/enterprises not belonging to the partnership for the introduction of gender equality perspective and tools.
  • Feedback and assessment of results.
  • Dissemination of the activities performed through dedicated Seminars.
  • Transnational meeting and Final meeting in Madrid.
