A gender point of view for the
quality of enterprise processes

The direct target of project actions are both project partners and other
enterprises managers that are covered by
the project target.
- ISO
9001:2000 Quality System Auditors, to get
the necessary knowledge to carry out audits that take into considerations gender
equality issues as well;
- Trade
Unionists, to get awareness on gender discriminations
issues so as to be able to support
equal opportunity objectives towards employers and help them to understand its advantages;
- Human
Resource Managers and entrepreneurs, to
help them introduce a gender perspective in the enterprise processes to
improve the quality of products, service as well as the quality of
work/family life of men and women;
- Quality
System Managers, to be able to include gender issues perspective in
Quality Manuals;
- University
Professors of organization/management themes, to
include a gender perspective within the university syllabuses of the
future ruling class;
- Trainers, to be aware of the
motivations underlying the adoption of a gender perspective in work
organization and human resource management related issues and to integrate a gender perspective in
their training modules.
Indirect targets are:
- All the
men and women working within organizations;
- Society
at large.
